"What do you think of this one?" Ginny asked and held the puppy towards Katie, who was doing her best not to squeal. She handed the tiny Golden Retriever to her and smiled at the pure delight on Katie's face. "I think he likes you."
"He's perfect!"
Ginny moved a strand of hair out of Katie's face and pressed a kiss to her cheek. Seven years they'd been together now and Katie's smile still made her heart flutter like crazy. "You know Snape will hate us for this, right?"
"Why?" Katie raised an eyebrow.
"Because Teddy will want one, too."
