Shake ya groove thing!
May. 21st, 2006 01:27 amSooo ... I was at the party of Elisa - a friend of mine from writing school. Naturally some other people from writing school were there too. We hadn't seen each other in ages and I'm get we finally met, because we had so much fun!
Since I was driving I couldn't drink any alcohol (...okay, I drank half of a glass of punch), but there was so much food! And a chocolate fountain! :DDDD Wheeee!
Two of my friends - Rich and Daniel - were outside most of the time smoking (and ignoring how ... cool it was outside), while Gesche and I were inside and talked about Harry and Draco and stuff. Okay, I did most of the talking. They shouldn't give me sugar.
When Gesche went home I was around the boys most of the time and Daniel played the guitar and we had interesting discussions (which usually lead to talking about either sex or brutality or movies or writing. Or all in one, which is the case most of the time.).
When Rich and I were leaving Elisa's party around midnight she was quite ... drunk. By now I know more about her and Daniel's sex life than I ever planned to. And about her love life in general. Yeah ...
Anyway, I drove Rich and myself home ... or planned to, because I missed the right slip road and five minutes later I somehow found myself in the north of our city instead of the south, where we live. Great. I had to drive through the city, along the river, then past my home to bring Rich home and then back to my place again, all the while ignoring the stormy wind that tried to press my car against some trees. *sigh* Okay, it sounds worse than it was. And at least I wasn't alone when I lost my way, so I didn't panic.
Tomorrow I'm going to my little cousin's confirmation where I'm going to be her sponsor. :D w00t! After the mass is over (I think it'll take two hours ... I hope the seats are cushioned, but I wouldn't bet on it) we're going back to my aunt's and uncle's place and will eat lunch. Yum yum yum!
