Pet Rambling
Jun. 24th, 2006 11:22 amOur household is a zoo. Honestly. Our four turtles race through their cage (the weather was a big blah, so we put them back into my room and not in their open-air enclosure) and do pervy things (with pervy noises) just to make me shudder and yell "HECTOR! STOP IT! PAULI! GET OFF OF YOUR BROTHER!" (...). Our bird Frankie has now two roommates for a week and has decided to a) terrorize them so they know who is bird number one and b) move into their cage and try to get everything they have. He's behaving like a very spoiled only-child. ... Which he is ever since Sammy and Gizmo died.
Then we have the dog, Kara, who's very good and listens to what we say and isn't really a problem, if not for my hamster who is dead scared for no reason and refuses to move. I showed Rosa to Kara yesterday so Kara would know that that's the hamster and that she's not allowed to have it. Which shouldn't be a problem since her owners had a hamster, too. Kara sniffed the hamster and turned away. But ever since then my hamster has this look in her eyes and hides in her little cave. XP
Now something different: Germany will play against Sweden today!!! Aaaaah! We neeeeeed to win! *waves Germany fan flag* I'll go and watch the game somewhere outside with a mass of people, I think. Yay to public viewing!
