Christmas Cheer?

*sigh* I'm sitting in my bed right now, because whenever I get up my head starts spinning, and I'm wondering where the heck my Christmas Cheer is. The little Christmas Tree on my desktop says it's 14 days till Christmas and I think I should have Christmassy thoughts by now. But do I? No.
I suspect it's because I'm far away from home and don't have all the things here that belong to the pre-Christmas time for me. For one I don't have any Christmas markets here. No mulled wine. I made some German Christmas cookies, but I ate all of them already.
I have an Advent Wreath and I suppose I could light that one. I also have Christmas music. And still ... still there is nothing. No Christmas Cheer. And it's annoying. If I wasn't sick I might go Christmas shopping. The city and the mall have some Christmas decoration after all. And yet it's not the same. Besides, I don't know what to get for my family and shopping in a small town like this (when you're used to a metropolis) is kinda hard.
So, any idea how to awaken my Christmas Cheer?
