To all of you who have an account on LJ that shows advertising on the side - is yours the Queer As Folk jewelery collection, too?
Eeeeee! I got twelve Luciusses! And - yay! - ficton from Calanthe! And - w00t! - books! BOOOOOOKS! I really like this thingy! ... and who am I getting them from? Me! Yeah, that's right!
It's past twelve a clock and I just got up 20 minutes ago. Techincally I was up at nine, but I had a headache and thought I could sleep it off. So I dozed and slept with intereruptions. And the headache? Is still there. If it doesn't go away I will say hello to my pain killers again. Yehaw.
Yesterday I baked a Gingerbread House! :D It's looking prettyful! It's not perfect, but my sister (who helped decorating) and I are happy with it and our father can grumble and mumble as much as he likes about architechture and building plans. Stupid old man. Bah.
We invited him for our Christmas Dinner, which I will cook again, and he started rambling about the wine he needs to bring. I can see myself at the verge of a nervous breakdown on Christmas, because he will be criticising everything. But enough of that. Positive thinking. Christmas will be nice, nobody will be too drunk and if they are I'll just get drunk too. Ha.
Only three more days and then HOLIDAYS! w00t!
On Wednesday my history class will have a little celebration (including to learn salsa dancing) and I am the one who got picked to bring the alcohol. Mehg.
My friends and I planned to have a celebrational dinner, too, but every restaurant that my best friend and I suggested got turned down mercilessly. Though they were interested in the Mongolian BBQ, until I told them that we should go there for lunch, because it's too full in the evening. *sigh* And they turned down the Italian restaurant, because it's not festive enough.
And guess what restaurant our guys now chose and made a reservation for (whihc is okay, because my best friend and I said that we would be glad if we were going somewhere. Yes, right, that restaurant is an Italian restaurant. Are you wondering why this one is better than the other one? I wondered too and apparently it is really "cool" in there and the serve other, non-Italian food, too. Please excuse me while I go and strangle them. Slowly. One. After. Another.
And now I will go to watch more Whose Line Is It Anyway ... well, those that I haven't see yet (that's not really a lot).
