Still at a loss about what he should do about Snape, Harry strolled through Diagon Alley once more. He went past Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, where the shop-window had been decorated with tons of tinsel. George really went all in this year, Harry thought with amusement. He stopped to take a look, hoping it might inspire him, but when he finally reached Snape's bookshop, he still felt as clueless as before.

"I—well—"
"Yes?"

"Potter, you come here so often one might think you're obsessed with me," Snape snarled. Harry should have been affronted and Snape probably expected him to protest angrily, but instead Harry just stared at him dumbfounded. "What, Potter? Cat got your tongue?"
"I wouldn't say obsessed," Harry heard himself say. "Interested might be a better word." He blushed when he noticed the implications of what he had said, but he couldn't take it back now.
