Cookies! ... or something like that

On Friday two German friends of mine and me baked German Christmas Cookies. :D Unfortunately I ate nearly all of them, so I decided to make some new ones - just one batch of really easy and really cheap cookies (or something that is kinda like a cookie, but more like merengue). Anyway, have the recipe:
Kokos-Busserl
2 eggwhites
30g icing sugar
30g sugar (you can also replace the icing sugar with normal sugar)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (or a few drops of lemon aroma)
100g grated coconut (I have no idea if this is the right expression, sorry)
Beat the eggwhite until it's stiff, slowly add the sguar and the coconut, then the juice/aroma. Form little ball-like shapes on a baking sheet using a teaspoon and bake them for 15 minutes (180°C). Done!
Mine didn't turn out that good today, but they are still eatable and yummy. YAY!
