I'm in the middle of my dinner preparations right now. I prepared the goat's cheese for my goat's cheese on rucola with balsamico starter, I'm about to cook the chestnut soup, the melon balls for the melon balls in portwine are ready, the cocktail dressing for the shrips is more or less ready, as is the Tiramisu for desert. The only thing that I haven't started is the main course, but I will not start making that until tonight.

And I still got to decorate the tree and wrap presents. :D
